Ini bukannya pake Joomla 
?
Jadi halaman loginnya ya di bolmutkab.go.id/administrator
Cuma pas dibuka pake Mozzila Firefox tulisannya begini :

Kenapa yah?

halaman admin hanya bisa di akses dengan IP yg punya..
