1. coba om cek d device manager, klo d dteksi tp masih ada tanda "!" brarti USB device belum dikenali. silahkan instal driverx.
2. coba om colokin d USB port bagian blakang CPU, klo dah d dteksi, brarti trjadi ksalahan ato smbungan kabel pada casing trhdap USB port bagian dpat cacat. biasax hal ini terjadi saat membeli CPU rakitan.

coba browse menggunakan "acdsee"... tapi kalo tidak punya acdsee anda perlu download "ultra explorer"
